I’ve been getting tagged like crazy lately. Since Alice’s Restaurant runs on a schedule, I’m a little limited in when I can do memes. I appreciate everyone’s patience while I waited for a slot to open up.
I Love You This Much Award
Tamy at Three Sides of Crazy blew me away with this one. She gave me this award for my Jack and Jill series. I am totally thrilled. Thanks Tamy. I hope I can keep you laughing.
In keeping with the award I am passing it along to ten of my favorite blogs:
Jodi Henley – for her philosophical discussions of the writing process
Kelly Rardon – for her humorous piece, though others may be more interested in her Media Mondays
Sasha Allgood – for her salt-of-the-earth humor, and
Renee Lynn Scott – for the great picture behind her posts, the tenderness of her soul, and her wonderful support.
Unhinged – for all her fantabulous forms of insanity.
Susan Helene Gottfried – for her Roadie Poet blogs.
May of Milady Insanity– for her occasional glimpses into a sharp mind. All right, her interviews aren’t half bad either.
Tessa Dare– for her TMI Tuesdays
CM– for her overwhelming but always informative intellect. And for her dog gods, which I have been borrowing while she wasn’t looking.
The ladies of Edittorrent – for teaching an old dog new tricks.
There are a ton of great blogs out there I read regularly. If you aren’t listed this time, just wait. You’ll be in line next time I have an award to pass along.
My Life in Six Words or Less
Jodi caught me for this one. You’re supposed to sum up your life in six words or less. At first I came up with three: Monument to Determination, but that doesn’t really explain it. So I decided to add three more:
Monument to Determination: A Writer’s Journey
It fits because I have now spent 3/4 of my life writing with an eye toward publication. OK, I started young, but still.
I tag
Mary D (and those of you doing the Whisper Meme thought I made her up. Hah!)
Kathleen Oxley (who almost got the award for her blog on… um…. “toys”)
and India Carolina
I actually have two more of these to do, but it’s going to have to wait for some other Monday.
