We have one of those construction projects going locally that never seems to change. According to the sign posted on the edges, there’s suppose to be a major hotel/shopping area going in, but all we ever see there are rocks.
Most likely it was one of those grand ideas that crashed and burned with financial upheaval. That or it’s a weird practical joke, because sometimes the rocks move.
