1. I’d planned on doing my Thursday Thirteen on Beijing today, but I’m too tired to pull it off. Instead, I’m upholding my long time tradition of talking about things totally at random.
2. It’s been a random kind of week. I keep forgetting things.
3. For instance, I forgot to go to work today. Hey, it was a one-shot deal anyway. I just thought it was supposed to be tomorrow until I looked at my calendar, and by then it was too late.
4. I got eight hours of sleep, but am still brain dead.
5. Normally I get around six hours and am fine.
6. Does that mean I need LESS sleep?
7. I finished watching Season One of Attack on Titan. Now I’m wishing Netflix had the rest of it.
8. The title gets to me. It’s anime, and not subtitled rather than dubbed and sometimes they don’t quite get the grammar right, so I can’t help but wonder if they didn’t really mean to call it Attack on the Titans.
9. So naturally I went from that to Breaking Bad. Hey, I’m all out of Supernatural. What’s a girl to do?
10. This all probably makes it sound like I watch TV. Except for an hour or so a day, I don’t. What I do watch is all streamed through the internet. I wouldn’t even watch this much if not for The Girl, who apparently still wants company when she watches TV.
11. I’m not watching the Olympics.
12. If I had cable, I’m sure I would be watching the Olympics, instead of reading up on it online and desperately surfing youtube for illegal uploads.
13. Unless…. does anyone know of a web site carrying coverage?
