I’ve never thought of Winter as a good time to catch a sunset. Maybe it’s just that I’m such a house dweller. I just don’t get out to see the sunsets much when merely standing there will send chills down your spine and make your feet turn blue. But lately I’ve been catching some real impressive ones out my window. It’s not that the view is all that good, but the colors are something else.
I’ve never been any good at taking pictures of sunsets. Sunsets, the moon, and macro are all a challenge. But lately I’ve been getting more practice with macro, and thanks to the sunsets we’ve been having, I think I’m getting better at sunsets.
It seems the secret is to set the camera on manual. Who’d have thought? 😉 Well, I still have a ways to go, but any progress should be celebrated.
