No one said a thing about the picture, and I’m thinking no one scrolled down this page far enough to see it, so here it is again. 🙂 I promise, this is the last time I run it by you.
I love comments. No, I think it might be more than that. Maybe I even lurve them. (Urmagerd!) So when I get them, I really, really don’t want to delete any. But this page changes content regularly, and can kind of slide away from the comments left on it. So I’m planning on making a monthly page and moving the comments from here to there. But should I do it on April 1st? Hmmmm….
What’s up in my Etsy store:
You know I try to keep the kids off my blog. I had these delusions that I might become a well known author someday, and I didn’t want the kids to have to deal with the fallout of fame. Yeah, silly, I know. Anyway, it’s pretty rare that you will see any part of them. But I needed a model for the hemp necklaces because I don’t think anyone gets the joke of putting them on my fancy, black-velvet display stand. So… here’s your chance to see The Boy.
From now until April 15th you can use this code: ALICECOM1303A to get a 25% discount on anything in my store.

About that Post:
Assign of the Times: Have you noticed how I’ve kind of got more of a story line going now? This is why I wanted to go independent of the Photohunt hubs. Still not as funny as I’d like to be, but give me time.
13 Gargoyles
The first time someone asked me to post pictures of Mr. Al’s gargoyles must have been about a year ago. As soon as it was suggested, I thought it would make a great Thursday 13. So I ran around the house, counting. I came up with nine. A few months later it came up again, and I ran around the house counting. I came up with nine again, but it wasn’t the same nine as the first time. Then a couple of week ago, right after I posted my Thursday 13 to do list, The Girl had me running around counting again. With her help, I came up with exactly 13. So I ran around in bad lighting taking the pictures and promising myself I’d go back and take better pictures later when we had more sunlight.
This house never seems to get that bright. I never did get good lighting, and then ran out of time. But I’d already said I’d post the pictures, so I ran with it. Hope you liked them.
The Easter Bunny Caper came directly from a dinner time conversation between the kids and I. They were trying to convince me to get them chocolate bunnies for Easter. Weren’t they supposed to have grown out of that by now? Anyway, I threatened to get a bunny and scatter the parts around the house for an Easter egg hunt. I was just grumbling, but they both acted shocked and horrified. Anyway, as soon as I had the idea, I had to go out and the a chocolate bunny to go with the FF55. Wouldn’t you know, there was one that was actually packaged with instructions on how to break it into pieces on sale. So they got a chocolate bunny to split between them after all.
As to the cat, she’s only interested in the milk left in our cereal bowls. She isn’t eating the bunny ears. She’s just sniffing them.
