For some of these it might be like playing hide and seek, but bear with me.
1. By the end of the trip we’d seen so many of these it became a joke.
2. Take your pick – the stop sign on the right or the list on the left. Aren’t the toll booths going in to Banff cute?
3. They just assume we know they mean Kilometers per hour. Never saw one go over 120.
4. Yeah, they mean it, too.
5. I could use a few more of these on roads in the USA.
6. Yep, it really is just a hose attached to the side of a building. This was near where we stayed in Whistler. Presumably we could have scraped the bugs off the windshield with it, but I didn’t think of it in time.
7. This was on the way to Banff. The sign is the restaurant’s name on the left. While we sat there eating, random spurts of water would come arching across the road at us from that totem pole looking place. The waitress said it was the only something or another in Alberta, but I didn’t catch what that something or another was. Largest goat farm, maybe?
8. Check out the school bus right under the speed limit sign.
9. Really?
10. Wildlife crossing? There were a bunch of these. We never saw them in use. The signs? (two of them) I’ll let you guess.
11.To the left and right of the cars getting on the ferry. I thought they said leave only two inches between cars, but it turned out to be two feet.
12. I’d never seen one of these before. There really were a lot of blind entrances. Near as I could tell, this is actually in Whistler.
13. I’m guessing bumps.
