Ode to Joy

Jack: What is that awful noise? Christmas carolers? Jill: I think I recognize that voice. Better look through the peephole before we open the door. Jill: Oh, joy. It’s Cousin Joy. Today’s theme is Joy Be sure to visit the new home page.

Jack and Jill Today

. . . There is not a hub for PhotoHunt today. There might be one next week, or there might not. In the meanwhile there is no list of themes, and therefor nothing for Jack and Jill to play off of. So far my other ideas for Jack and Jill have not yet panned out. So, I thought I’d do a little retrospective. Anyone remember these?

Exercise Program

Jill: What are you doing?! Jack: I’m getting ripped. Jill: That isn’t ripped. That’s torn. Today’s theme is Ripped Previously in Jack and Jill: Potty Be sure to visit the home page.

Tonic: Woof. (It’s bad, but I’d rather this than rain.) Gin: Meow. (That’s because you don’t have to dig a hole first.) Today’s theme is Wet/Rain Previously in Jack and Jill: Be sure to visit the home page.

Two Against the World

Jill: Help me move this globe. It’s in the way. Jack: Sure thing, Darling. Jack: This is harder than I expected. Jill: Keep trying. They say with the right leverage you can move the world. Jack: But we’ve got no leverage! Today’s theme is Two Previously in Jack and Jill: Light of My Life Be sure to visit the home page.

Jack: Crimeny! I STILL can’t get it to light. Jill: Don’t worry about it, Honey. I’m pretty sure it’s too late. Today’s theme is Light Previously in Jack and Jill: Broken Hearted Be sure to visit the home page.

Where All the Best Pie Ends Up

Jill: So that’s what took you two so long. That’s a pity. Just when I thought it would be worth the weight. Today’s theme is Waiting Previously in Jack and Jill: He’s On It Be sure to visit the home page.

Jill: (calling from the next room) Did you find the pie? Jack: Yeah. I’ve got it covered. Today’s theme is Covered It directly relates to last week’s : Yell Oh Be sure to visit the home page.

Yell Oh

Jack: I thought you said there’s be lemon pie, but I can’t find it. Jill: It’s behind that door, but don’t open it. Jack: Why not? Jack: OH!!!! Jill: Because Mom hates it when you yell “oh” in her face. Today’s theme is Yellow Previously in Jack and Jill: He Wouldn’t Be sure to visit the home page.

He Wouldn’t

Jack: What? You think I took the chocolate chips? Just because I have a little chocolate on my hands… Seriously, Darling you know I wouldn’t do something like that. Jill: Did you just say wood ant? Jack: Um… yeah. That’s it. A wood ant took your chocolate chips. You believe me don’t you? Jill: I sure do. Run!!!! That’s Not The Point

Jack: No! That’s still wrong. Raoul: But the other one got greasy so I couldn’t wear it to the party. My frat brothers would laugh. Jack: You think they won’t laugh anyway? Raoul: They’re expecting it. Jill: Just don’t mess this one up. It’s my last good dress. Today’s theme is Greasy Previously in Jack and Jill: Be sure to visit the home page.

Wrong. Just Wrong

Jack: You know, Raoul, the first time you got drunk and put on Jill’s dress was funny. The second time was a little weird. But now you wear it all the time. That’s just wrong, Raoul. Jill: Yeah, you’ve stretched it out and it’s all wrinkly. Better have it dry cleaned before you give it back.
