We’ve been eating a lot of poultry lately, stuff like this: INGREDIENTS 1-1/2 lb. chicken breast, skinned and fat removed 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice 1/2 cup fresh sliced lemon peel 3 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano or 1 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed 1 medium onion, sliced 1/4 teaspoon salt Black pepper to taste 1/2 teaspoon paprika DIRECTIONS 1.
