T13: Things People in My Family Have Said

Pandora
A while back I discovered the internet radio station site called Pandora. They let you build your own station by selecting songs or artists that have the qualities you want in your music. This is a great idea, but I’m finding it a bit frustrating. They way they work is to give labels to various characteristics of each song. For instance, Blackbird by The Beatles has these elements:

Banana Drop Cookies
This is another from the Better Homes and Gardens New Cook Book. 2 c flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp cloves 1/2 c butter 1 c sugar 2 eggs 1/2 tsp vanilla 1 c mashed banana (approx 2) 1/2 c chopped walnuts Beat butter, add sugar, then eggs, then vanilla. A couple of days ago Mr. Al went shopping at our local Safeway. He does this a lot, running in for chips and soda, which I rarely buy. Some Days in Stat’s Land

You put in a # and then the name of a group or topic, and your tweet gets included with anyone else tweeting on the topic or to the group. To access them you search for that # and name.
